CABBAGE, POTATO, ONION, CARAWAY and CHEDDAR TART

CABBAGE, POTATO, ONION, CARAWAY CHEDDAR TART - The name says it all. Delicious warmed in your oven or eat it as is. This is now my most requested savory tart.

I bought this on a very cold Winter market day at Angelina's urging to "give it a try." I heated it up in a 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes and the taste was out of this world. My husband had a couple of small bites and I ate half of it. Needless to say, I will be getting this tasty savory tart again soon. I reheated the other half the next day for lunch and it was just as delicious.~ Pat Geary ~
