Hand Pies
Hand pies -Tasty turnover type pies that fit perfectly in your hand. Seasonal fresh fruits such as apple, caramel apple, pear, strawberry rhubarb, lemon, pumpkin, sweet potato, blackberry, blueberry, raspberry, peach, apricot and anything else that falls into my line of vision! These pies are super flaky topped with a sprinkling of sugar.
The blackberry hand pies were the first ones we tried at a family picnic Angelina catered. Everyone LOVED them. The recent ones we tried were apple and the apple caramel and apricot. All are perfect single serving desserts.
